5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I've been lurking around for a while now. Pretty nice forum over here. The 07 Camry is actually my girlfriend's car, so mods will be kept to a minimum. I have a DD 04 Ford Ranger (will post some pictures later... maybe... probably not, haha) and a weekend 04 GS300.
Anyways, I recently got a 4300K HID kit for the low-beams. Here are the pictures. Soon, I'll show how I mounted my Valentine One and maybe some pictures of other little things.
get ready to put on your flamesuit for repetitive topics lol.
nice car! 4300 is the best imo.
haha, i'll be ready =)

i've already pushed the "squirrel spotter" (?) down, it helped a little. I've also aimed the headlamp down just a little bit, hoping to lessen the glare. i know there is still some there. Hopefully it won't be too distracting for others.

i don't, it's just the picture. i swear it's not that bad! =)
The high-beams have been replaced w/ 3000K halogens, will post some pics up later.

Eh glaretastic...but at least you're smart enough to get 4300K instead of the douchebags with 8000K or above.
Cover up those squirrel spotters. Bending does nothing.
that's a good idea. i'll try to do that when i have time
here are the lights close up, with the 3000K (halogen) high beams

Im gonna get HIDs with a toggle on switch installed on my rear bumper for the ppl that like to glare into my eyes! It will be all slick like a spy car and slide out of the rear bumper XD

It's just a regular kit (probably from China) from xenoneyes.com. I have a 5000K kit on my truck, and it's the same amount of brightness, just different color temperature
Just to let you know, the pictures showing the light output, I left the shutter open for 10 seconds. It's probably not as bright as it shows in the picture, but it does have the same range though.
