+1!!!!

I only took my car to the dealers to get done because they gave me 3 free oil change when I purchased my car.

Oil change #1: We all know that the first oil change and loosening the filter was tightened by robocop at the factory so I let them loosen it
Oil change #2: wayyyyy too cold outside and snow on the floor

The last oil change will be done when its cold out and I cant do it myself.

Always do oil changes within your warranty at a dealer... IMHO.

This is so you have a uniform system of evidence of maintenance, in case any form of warranty questions arise, and they can't say anything because it's a Toyota Dealership.

I get coupons for 20% off or whatever all the time, it ends up being about the same done anywhere. I prefer to go to the dealer for that.

I bought my filter online from a dealership. I paid like $30 for 10. OEM filters. Gaskets were like $1 for a bunch.

Actually it was $40 including shipping...according to the price they have now. I probably paid that amount...dont remember. Seller is frank-motors

i4 - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyot...spagenameZWD1V
v6 - http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Toyot...spagenameZWD1V

Yes, they ship worldwide. Shipping to Canada is about $25. So you're looking to pay $55

I bought my oil filter, gaskets, touch-up paint and license plate bracket for front bumper from them.

They started to have Mobil1 at Walmart again? Last time I was there, they cleared out all of Mobil1 and I was told they had a recall.

I need to stock up on the Extended performance oil. I don't like to change oil very much. I need to get a lifter kit too.

Probably referring to the drain plug gasket.
