Gen6 TSB Replace Exhaust manifiold 2007 3.5 V6

Hi,
I have a 2007 Camry SE V6.
My dealer is replacing the exhaust manifold as per a TSB.

I began having the check engine light come on at about 28,000 miles.
A check gave codes for the Oxygen sensor and the air/fuel sensor.
The sensors themselves check out OK, and my dealer says a TSB says to replace the exhaust manifold in a case like this.

Has anybody heard of this and/or know what TSB this is referring to?
Thanks, Ed

Replacing the one of the headers? I wonder if there may be a leak.

I'll have to keep an eye on this...as my car was built before the TSB was released.
