im planing to do some mods to my lighting system but i will like to hear opinions of people who have projectors or hid. projectors looks to cool for our camry but im not sure of a good xenon bulb for it. which are good brads of xenon bulbs? what about luminics?
Simple search would have found a ton of threads on this.
The gen 6 does have projectors, but that are NOT HID projectors. To add HID bulbs you would have to cover the squirrel spotters for good output. But a true HID projector retrofit is best.
i got 5k in my headlights and my fogs.....lol but anyways i didnt cover my squirrel spotters and i never get flashed because i dont have those annoying 8k ricer lights

i kinda agree about the squirrel spotters. and i know i might get flamed for this but.... this forum stresses so much about covering up squirrel spotters but my lights are close to 5k too and i've never gotten flashed by anyone. and i've had my friends drive in front of me and they've said it's not any worse then suv's with HIDs.
honestly i think not covering the squirrel spotters is equivalent of SUV's with hids. i get blinded so many times by suvs with oem hids.... =/
I'm still a vendor lol. I'll have something up for you guys, since this is my last month as a vendor.. Huge blowout sale.. Ridiculous price drops. Keep you guys updated...
even hid projectors have squirrel spotters....they're there for a reason as well.
it's something that only people who drive on pitch black roads will appreciate...as I found out on my many drives between toronto and nyc. thank god I didn't cover up my squirrel spotters when I did my first retrofit. and then I didn't cover them up on purpose on my second one.

I left the squirrel spotter open on my foglights too.
