i have an 02 camary 4 cylinder and i was trying to change the surpatine belt but the tensioner is not like most vehicles in the book about the car it says that you must have a special tool does anyone know what this tool is or where i can get one so i dont have to take it to a shop

You don't need a special tool, but I have a Gearwrench Serpentine Belt Removal tool and it makes the job a lot easier:

autozone loans the tool out... go get that and it doesnt come with a 19mm so buy that and remember only get the gatorback belt... the duralast = shit.... i know cause i work there...
