I can't drive a car without a cover but that thing is ugly. I use the ones that you wrap around with the rubber string.

Me too, this is what I have, similar to that but different materials I guess. Got it from Target for $8.

On the topic though, is the steering wheel that bad that it needs a cover? I find the steering wheel quite comfortable and it's not overly hard on the hands. It also makes it easer to do tighter turns with just one hand using your palm. Plus it looks good as it is. Each to their own though I guess.

I tried driving without the cover, it feels good, but it gets slippery sometimes, and the cover gives me a better grip for the steering wheel.
