Transferring of phonebook to 07 camry with no NAVI, but JBL

I know how to transfer contacts thru bluetooth.
I have done it before with regular phones.

Now I got a BlackBerry, and I just want to transfer individual contacts. But the blackberry allows to transfer the complete phonebook not individually.

I believe this works fine for the Navi, but I don't have navi. When I set it up I only get to transfer the 1st position off my contacts list and that's it.

Is there a way to transfer the whole book into the JBL system with no nav?


I could create a list with one person and transfer that list and it should work.
But I wonder if there is a way and I just can't get it to work.
