5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
I put in a request for a new company car. I usually get one every 5 years I've had my car now for almost 5 years. The car I have now is a 2005 Honda Accord EX-V6 NAVI. I love the car so thats why I chose to buy it from them for $10,000. How it works is I tell them what I want and they get quotes and what ever car comes in cheaper is the car I get. When I got the Accord I also put in for a Camry XLE V6, but the Accord was cheaper. Anyway I put in for a 2010 Camry XLE V6 with navigation package or a 2009 Accord EX-V6 NAVI. I hope for a Camry

2005 Honda Accord EX-V6 NAVi for $10,000, that's a steal.

When I compared the V6 w/navi versions of the 2008 Accord and Camry side-by-side, the Accord was about $1.5k more based on MSRP. I have found haggling with Honda dealerships to be a little difficult, but I was able to get my Camry for $3.5k off sticker.
Yes, definitely check out the SE V6.
I test drove the XLE and the SE, and the SE was a much better handling car.
The XLE V6 felt too mushy and had less responsive handling.

I couldn't pass up the Accord. It's got 46000 highway KM! I know I would pay atleast $15000 at the dealer!!

what u could of done also to get the camry is had them look for a 09 instead of 2010 reason being is they will probably get it cheeper than the 2010 as dealers try to make room for the newer ones. unless u really like the 2010's new look then nm.
