Warranty Question

So I have been meaning to change my intake from the stock to the K&N 698611TS for awhile now, but i still have until 60,000 miles on my warranty on the engine/car. Should I wait until the warranty is done or can I change it?

This can be a grey area with some dealers. If you do decide to do this, keep the OEM intake parts. If your car developes an issue where you feel you need to take the car back to the dealer for a warranty claim, simply reinstall the OEM parts before bringing it in.
