Update: Vinyl Overlay installed on Roof / 19x8.5 +45 offset

Hi All....new to the boards with my first questions. My apologies if this has been answered before. I have an '09 Camry with stock 16's wit da' wheel covers....a friend of mine is getting rid of some AXIS Phins (19x8.5 +45 offset) from his '06 Infinity M45.....will these fit w/o modification? If so, any suggestions as to tire size? I was thinking 245/40's....Oh, I also want to throw on some TRD springs. Should I put the springs on first?

TIA
Pukaboy

For that setup 19x8.5 +45 offset you'll be fine with 245-40-19 with lowered on TRD springs.
Btw, welcome to the forum.

What about 19x8 +30 offset? will 225-35/40-19 work?

There will be ~2.0 inch drop as well.

You'll probably have fender rubbing issues with that offset. +35 would be better.

i plan on rolling my fenders.

yeah, i wish they were a little higher offset, but the G35 RAYS wheels only come in two different offsets, +30 and +33.

With +30 offset, you might be able to get away with 225-35-19.
I would go with +35 offset and 225-40-19 on a safer side.

I already have the 4 wheels in +30 sitting in my room, but the wheels should sit flush with the car then?

+30 they'll stick out some...even with the rolled fender you may still rub when hitting bumps or dips in the road.

Should have gone with the +33 if anything. Only thing you can do is put them on and test them.

yeah, i hate the look of the wheels protruding further out than the body of the car, to me that is ghetto, so i hope my setup doesnt do that. If so, there will be really nice light 19 inch wheels up for sale soon, and i will have to go back to finding some new nice wheels for the car.

What is the stock offset of the 16 inch alloys?
