If you are asking whether you can get 20-30 hp at the engine from a proper exhaust, intake, and removing the cats, the answer is yes. However, I don't think you would get more than 10-15hp at the wheels. You may also see a boost in gas mileage, though you may lose a little low end torque.

looks like one HORRIBLE job with the exhaust... pipes aren't even straight where it should be... they didn't equal up the length of the J-pipe... HP increase possible, on the track, depends on the weight of the rims

not sure if you would gain that much hp but you will free it up with a new exhaust the stock exhaust is so restrictive with so many resonators but thats what makes it so quiet

Pretty cool though, all that effort done to remove all the cats and resonators, practically running straight pipe from header back. Not sure how much gain you actually get by doing that, may lose some backpressure for sure though. Even with all the restrictions removed, there isn't enough of an exhaust airflow increase to compensate for the freer flowing air in the exhaust.

Would be helpful if he's running meth or nitrous though.

I'm not sure on the stock injector sizes, but it should be plenty for na applications, even if he does intake/headers and etc.
