Is this Toyota's OEM kit?
If not, what is it? It has distributor plates on it.

No. That is not OEM. The car is on coils and its a hybrid. Only OEM kit is from the SE and that isnt the SE kit either.

...its the SET kit. Often installed by the dealer in Southeast (we have a few on the lot with that kit).

maybe trd springs are giving it that drop in the rear?

Being a Hybrid and not a V6, this would make the uneven drop from the TRDs very likely.

...the rear is not normal for TRD, not even on a rear heavy hybrid (look at Flopshot's ride).
