if you have rear coil overs you will need to remove the rear passenger seat to access the top of the coil overs to adjust them.

u pull the bottom seat that u sit on first by pulling it up. Then there will be a bolt holding the 2 outside small back seats. Remove those bolts and pull the side seats up. This will allow you to gain access to your rear coilovers.

yup you just take the rear seats out by lifting them up, there are 2 points where its connected to the car. Once you get that out, there will be two bolsters on the side, each have 1 bolt holding them in, 12mm i think. You take those out and lift the bolster up towards the roof.

If you want to get the deck up... you then pull the door gasket off the doors in the rear exposing the c-pillar cover. You can pull those off, they are held in by clips.

Once you get those off, you fold your seats down and there should be the cover thing with the clips in it. You just need to take the 4 upper ones out. Just push in the middle circle and they should come out. Once you get the clips off just get a grip of the rear deck and lift up towards the roof and then once its up you pull it towards you and lay it against your seat. The seatbelt will hold the rear deck tho so you wont be able to take it out of your car completely.

Anyways after following these instructions you should have access to the whole rear deck and rear speakers.

nope.
The 6th gen is ALOT easier...
You take the gasket off, rip off the c pillar cover and lift the deck up.

I only know this from changing the rear speakers in these cars.. I wish they made the grill so you could pop it off like most cars..

And once you know the procedure for the 5th gen, it doesnt take too long.. 5 mins or so.
I actually had the whole rear apart the other day to install a new amp and rear speakers. I stuck everything into the passenger seat :P I was going to take a pic but i didnt. It looked funny with a rear that was stripped and a front seat with all the parts from the rear piled up
