sound absorption materail compare

Hi,

My car have a 16" Bridgestone Turanza (The one from delear) with steel wheel. I solve the wind noise to above 65 mph which better that before. But cause the other annoying problem now I only hear very loud road noise come from the floor with the speaker turn on. If I went to full block the air bone and vibration, noise, heat which one is better, consider to buy one or two of them that list below, which for the floor and the wheel wall area but not sure which will be better? what Is the aluminum constraining layer for (if the insulating sheet doesn't have that aluminum constrainng layer will be decrease the result)

MYLAR®-FACED FOAM SOUND/HEAT INSULATION WITH VINYL LINING

NEWARK CARPET PADDING (synthetic fiber or polyurethane foam which one is better or nothing helpful to road noise)

INSULATING SHEETING
