Wheel offset question

I'm trying to purchase some rims, but I'm unsure if they'll fit. They're 20 x 8.5+40 and 20 x 9.5+45. Thanks for the help!

the fronts will, the rears maybe too wide with that offset they may hit the strut.

yea, 10mm would work in the rear. that would make it +35 if your car lis lowered you may have to roll your fenders for clearance.

Or just get the 5mm spacers that would be enough to clear the strut.

I would go with either H&R or Ichiba www.ichibausa.com

i think we should make a sticky that says if u have questions about offset or wheels then pm lammydi or punks first. would keep these threards to a minimum. i would try to get 9" in the back. 9.5 might look a bit big compared to the front 8.5"

If you're going to buy a set of wheels, why wouldn't you get something that fits correctly in the first place? Spacers are pretty dodgy (and flat out illegal out my way).

Find some 84s

lol, don't just pm me because these posts will hopefully help other members also. That was how I learned from Masters Moky and Epsilon.

FYI, go with 20s. I went with 19s and kind of regret it now.

I didn't believe this when others on the forum said this but, 19" tires cost more than 18" or 20" tires. Long term, you will probably save money if you go with 20" wheels.
