You really don't know if you are getting voltage to the motor or not, and if so, if it is running or not. Note the colors of the wires on the connector at the pump motor. Using an ohm meter, discern which is the ground. Get two lengths of wire, color code them, and connect them directly to the motor. Connect the other end of the ground wire to the battery ground, and then briefly touch the positive wire to the battery positive to see if the motor runs. (good idea to have it fused) If not working, then replace the pump motor. if it runs then the problem is upstream. You replaced a fuse, but it might not have ben the right fuse, so take a second look at that. No particular reason for a fuse to fail. If you have voltage at the fuse then you might have a problem with the wiper switch itself. Most likely problem is a bad motor.
