Question 06 CAMRY - how to acess fog lamps

Hi,

Yesterday, I brushed against a pole and it pushed the fog lamp out of its restraint. Fog lamp is working but is unhinged and is wobbling inside the covered space behind the front bumper. I cant get to it from under the hood. I cant get to it from under the car either as the bumper is covered with a plate. Do I have to remove the bumper entirely or is there a better way? Should I even attempt fixing it myself?

* Driver side fog lamp

Go under the car. There will be a plastic splash guard/skid plate. Remove the bolts that are holding it in and there you can access the mounting for the fog light. You may have a broken mounting tab.

What's the best way to fix a broken tab?
