Looking to upgrade wheels/tires....

I'm thinking to upgrade the wheels/tires on my 2009 Camry SE and just wanted some input from you all

After countless hours of searching, and browsing websites/this forum...I'm still in need of some help on where to start. I know I'm going from my stock 17's to 18's, but other than that I'm unsure of what would look clean, and not tacky on my car (It's a 2009 black Camry SE)

I was thinking of something chrome/alloy, with possibly a black accent...and was hoping to get something either the same weight, or lighter than my stock wheels (22.5lbs)

Also, I do like the tires I have on my car already (Proxes) but is there something that may provide a better grip for a reasonable price? (150-250 per tire would be nice)

any thoughts or suggestions would be fantastic

But i bet it'll look pretty sick on a black car too
do you know if they'll fit the camry though?
i'm offset-tarded =(

Look into 19's with a polished lip

If you go to tirerack.com enter your car in and look through all the wheels you'll get more ideas...

What style do you like? multi spoke, 5 spoke etc etc.

if you've spent countless hours searching and still don't know where to start, then maybe you don't need wheels...

rbwheels.com.....go there, spend a little coin and get them refinished....

and be happy, and lower your car.

Found this link from www.discounttire.com.

The tires are limited but you can play around with which brands and styles you like.

22.5lbs for a 17 isn't that bad. If you want lighter, you're probably looking at some type of forged rim like BBS RGR or Volk RE30 which is maybe 5 lbs lighter.

Ive spent countless hours searching because I wont have the cash together for a few more weeks and I just wanted some input before I pulled the trigger =)

And I was thinking somthing similar to this--

http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...a%3DN%26um%3D1

But they dont seem to make a fitting wheel in an 18...

otherwise, If anyone has pics of wheels that may fit my mold, post away! (I dug through the "Camry pics" topic but not a whole lot of people seem to have a black camry these days..)

Also, I like the idea of a 19 with a lip, It just seems to get a bit pricey in the 19 range... I also want to see something similar on a Black camry so Ill know how it might look, Thats where you guys come in .

Good input so far though, more ideas are welcomed
