Anyone know where i can get them? i look on ebay, amazon, local sports store, my back pocket... i can't find them anywhere. boo hoo.

A lot of members are happier with MTEC bulbs. Try Ebay for the MTEC H11 bulbs.

Both are brighter than stock halogens, the only difference.

Your first link: produce a higher blue white (4,750k) light output

Your second link: produce a whiter (4,350k) light output

I probably wouldn't say they are brighter than OEM. Probably the same as OEM if not dimmer but it produces a nicer colour without having to give up too much light output.
