Blue Batmobile

Im looking to get the blue batmobile 6/10 overlays with cutouts on my tail lights... I tried to PM him but he does not accept them.. How much do they cost? and how easy to install are they because i tried to do it with a cheap autozone tint and it was an epic fail it would wrinkle and ruin constantly due to the contour of our taillights.

email him at bluebatmobile@san.rr.com. he's rarely on the forums. Price is on his webpage. Just click on the image and it should show price. If not, email him.

Use soapy water when installing. Like you said, its like putting tints on. The soapy water allows you to move the film around and once you have it where you want it, you squeegee the soapy water out. If theres a crease, use heat gun to shrink that area.

You need to know how to heatshrink tint inorder to install them. THe curve on the taillight is severe and the vinyl will not just squeegee on.

Yeah i know how to its not hard... i just found out the last tint i bought was not vinyl and therefore would not shrink when trying to deal with the curve

it's better to paint it and put clean coat to make it look shiny. i did tried to buy lights covers from ebay but there is no shop can do it especially when they saw the curve of the headlight, my buddy who has hella experience about it, spent 2 hours with heat gun try to put the cover on the headlight but ended up broken it. Thus, i decide paint it and here is the result

No shop can do it? I wouldnt even trust going to any of them than. If they cant do taillights, theres no way they can put a clear bra on the front of the car.

Great thing about vinyl is that you can always remove it if desired .

Not a good pick but you can kind of make out the overlays on the tails. I put them on myself and even with a heat gun and a lot of stretching I still managed to have some wrinkles along the curve of the tail lights. Not very noticeable until your 12'' away.

The Eyelids took 10 minutes to do and the soapy water made it easy to move around to get th eproper fitment. The eyelids needed to be stretched a little too so it would fit properly without any visible space.
