Im on stock. I will have HKS bolt ons by next week (hoping by end of week)
Come on dude look around a little bit before you start new threads. There has been so much talk about exhausts and what's better and sounds better. Go on youtube and you'll find all kinds of clips.
Theres no need for a high flow cat. Youre not boosted. stick w/ the stock cat, and just get a 2.5 piping from the cat/or resonator back to your muffler.
btw, search.

....interesting, but I hoped your next post was showing us a LSB turbo'd I4 Camry. Forget about the piping and show us the Camry.
very interesting. so getting a new cat wouldn't help w/the sound at all? i'm deleting the resinator so should the front pipe i put on in place of the resinator be 2.5in also?
i was reading some threads and i see people buying resinators that are high flow? just don't want my v6 to sound ricy or anything. so waht all would i need to do to finish my exhaust? add 2.5 inch pipes from the cat back to the mufflers? do i need to use a certain type of bend or anything? i've been reading so much i'm just getting more confused i believe.
