Power Windows, Can't Crack Open

I've got a 2005 Camry with power windows. If I want the windows open just a small amount, the manual says to push down the switch for a short time. I have to tap the switch a microsecond to get the window to go down a very small amount. I have to keep tapping for a microsecond many times to get the window open about 1/4.

Is there anyway to reduce the sensitivity of the power window switch so I can easily open my window partly? It just likes to go all the way down.

Don't know if it is the same on the 09's but on mine if it did that I would let it go down and bring it back up to where I wanted it. It doesn't have auto up.
