5th & 6th Generation (2002-2006 & 2007-2011)Toyota Camry Discussion for years: 2002-2006 & 2007-2011
Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
i would be up to the challenge..but i'm saving up for TRD exhaust(still trying to find one >700), and I'm not sure about the details on the piping :p.
the TRD exhaust would work just fine in conjunction with these headers, but the TRD exhaust is just to small to really breathe as much as this motor needs.
TRD uses 2 1/8" tubing for both banks, it really needs something significantly closer to 3".
I think that getting dyno numbers with the TRD cat-back system would probably be worthwhile. if you're willing to try it, we can work out a deal for some (but not all) money being refunded on proof of performance with my headers.
*edit* oh, you're in california. these headers remove the primary cats, there's no way you can do that in California.
Do not advertise your prices/return policies/etc here without a vendorship. Thnx.
i was simply replying to a query and trying to help the camry community.
these weren't my normal return policies anyways, i'd go broke offering that to everyone. i was just trying to give one person an opportunity in exchange for some knowledge.
but hey, at least this time you explained why my post was deleted. i've posted several large informational threads on here that have always gotten deleted. probably becuase i mentioned that i also sold the kit (if i recall without even putting prices in the threads)
understandable. Before I became a vendor, I was just helping out the people here by selling products mostly springs here on TN. My threads got shut down, and I got pissed off also. Why shut down threads that help out people, especially on great prices?
It all boils down to the unfairness towards the vendors that do pay. And theres a reason why we make vendors pay a fee. If we didn't, this whole toyotanation site would be plagued with people trying to make a quick buck, overshadowing the genuine sellers like you who just want to help out.
kinda like some of out other sponsors who first waited to buy a vendorship before asking people to fit their products etc.

honestly, i can't even find the information about this vendorship anyways. but i probably can't afford to "advertize" to a community (camry people) that haven't bought a single one of my products yet anyways.

Send an e-mail to sales@autoguide.com. Sales would be more likely if you're a Supporting Vendor who has the "backing/vetting" by Autoforums, than simply someone who is an unknown business quantity trying to sell to TN members. IMO.

Your user account only shows that you started 1 thread. And in that thread, you tried to sell your headers and other parts without a vendorship.
The other option is to buy the exhaust Headers that I make. These fit regardless of which options you have on your motor. Oil cooler and A/C included:
Now, for the shameless plug:
I’ve mentioned in here a few things that I sell. Please contact me through a PM if you’re interested in buying a swap kit for the MKII MR2 for this motor.
The headers seen above are also for sale.
In the future, I’m looking to provide the following parts also:
- Y-pipe to connect to Berk Dual 3” tail section
- Bore Kit to bring displacement to 3.9L
- Rotrex C38 Supercharger Kit
Stop acting like the victim and play according to the rules like everyone else is. I'm shutting this down.
