has anyone seen the headlight assembly up close for the '10 camry SE. My brother in law picked one up. Car is sweet. It looks a bit different from the 07 we have in terms of lights. In fact, I am not sure if the squirrel spotters are still something to consider. We want to do HID, any input is appreciated.

Looks pretty decent, was that a simple swap? what Kelvin is that ? I do see the glare above the lights, is that the squirel spotters being uncovered? Anyone recommend a particular 6000K kit over the others ?

The glare is definitely the squirrel spotters uncovered! Looks like 6000k to me, though not sure.
first things first. that's not gt-r's car or aunt's car so he might not know what K it is. i actually think it might be 4500K. doesn't look like enough blue bc u have to factor in camera. after seeing the optics from up close the 2010 is almost exactly like the 07-09 in terms of PNP hid quality. best bet is to retrofit then u'll get some real nice output. pm me or search for more info on retros. i suggest first as most of my knowledge and expirence is already out there.

Well if you're not going to take em apart, take some 360 pictures of the housings and pop out the rubber seal at the back of the projector and take some pictures where the projector mounts so Pawel can start preparing for a Gen6.5 retrofit down the road... I bet a nice E55 single-xenon projector would fit nicely in there... Add ZKW-R lenses... That would sure beat a PNP kit with those stock projectors and frosted lenses.

yea would be nice so that we can know whats involved if anyone wants a retro down the road. i think we might be able to fit in some LS projectors in there. i think the bi-xenon versions are 3"ers.
