Is there any safe hid lights you can install without a conversion

I was just wonderign with out doing a full conversion if you guys know of any lights that are brighter then factory lights, like the super white or even blue tint lights that are safe to install on a stock headlight housing thanks

forgot to add this is for an 07 camry, and they dont have to be hid just brighter and better looking then stock lights
