Rear bumper removal Gen 6

hey guys i know there have been several DIY's on how to change the rear tail lights on our cars but i tried shimming it out and that did not work. i did the inner 2 tails with no problem but i could not find the DIY for removing the rear bumper. I took the couple screws off on the bumper but the main question is on the sides with those clips. how do you release them? please some1 help because i have inner led's on my car and stock outers and i want to fix this asap. so if someone knows where the DIY is for the rear bumper removal please post it here or offer some tips on how to get the outer tails out. Thanks guys

Four clips on top, remove the plastic piece on the trunk holding the spare wheel to acccess them.

Then there are 8 nuts and 4 bolts.
-four nuts in the center, two nuts on each side
-two bolts on each side
