I want removal the red circle area (side cover) to install the sound dampening sheet on the wheel wall and side pane, but I can't figure out how to removal the part behind the rear seat it seem I need to remove the rear side seat first. I looked the back have some plastic clip stick but don't know the front. can someone tell me best with some picture showing.

There's multiple threads on how to remove them without damaging those tabs.
