Gen6 Brake pads

I brought my Camry in DEC 07. Since it is about 2 years old and >20000km in mileage, I plan to change the brake pads. When I inspect them today, I noticed every pad still have another 70% more to go! What a surprise! I don't think I need to change them till 40000km. Original pads do last longer.

There are very few times...and I mean very few times that I agre with njerald.

You can share your happiness without cluttering the board by not posting things like this. In no way was the post worthy of anything informational. Dont be surprised if this gets closed by the moderators or even moved

Those are forum rules. Its also called forum etiquette. Someone looking for info on brake pads and they come about this and how does this help them except reading how excited you are?

This also makes the searching of threads that much harder and more for people to wad through.

LOL! yes...this is just a big waste....

but on another note, yes the brake pads should last for a long time, depending on how hard you drive and break, me, mine's an 07, got it at the beginning of Jan of 07 and till now, i have a little over 65K and brake pads are still meaty so gyeah......

Paul! or other mods, take this down!
