Let's see if anyone can help: my camry blows warmer air from the driver's side vent than the passenger side. I took it to the dealer and, as expected, they couldn't find anything wrong. All the drivers (4) in my house have noticed this, so i know i'm not getting 'hot flashes'. What could be wrong with it?

Search................it has been discussed before a few times with no resolution.

It happens every time that the drivers temp is selected warmer than the passengers temp on my car......

It is likely warmer on the driver side than the passenger side? The duct is longer from the evaporator to the driver side than to the passenger side, and there is virtually no insulation on the duct, so the air warms as it passes through. Get one of those spring loaded covers for the windshield when you park in the sum and maybe it will help to keep the dash area from baking.
