will these look good?

hello im a noob here. i just got a black 2009 camry base model. i wanna put some rims on it. i was wondering if 17 inch rims will look good. 17x7 offset is 35. will it sit flush with the exterior? i dont want them to go in that much. i think the less the offset the more it goes into the wheel well right?
well heres the site: http://www.wheelmax.com/product.asp?ProdId=14611
please tell me what you think, im dying for these but i dont know if they will look right.

ummm...if u really wanna go that route go right a head...from experience i would say get the wheels you want the first time. and if these are the wheels want go ahead. the rims look nice but i dont see a point in getting new rims in the same size...at least upgrade to 18's...at least

My opinion, 18x8.5 +35 offset is nicely flush without worry about rubbing.

ok before anyone jumps in here and critisizes you about this going 17's will leave you with a considerable amount of gap between your wheel and your car, people on here are preatty anal about it lol but like you said you want it to look nice so i suggest going atleast 18's to help fill th enegative space between in your wheel wells, unless your planning on going with coil overs or springs, but remember this is your car and you make it how you want it we just dont want you to throw down money and then relize later its not good enough im sure there has been pleanty of people on here who have done the same thing

Nope, +35 is flush with the fender (outwards) and +45 is your stock offset, which is tucked in some, but closer to the strut.

I'd go with 18x8 or 8.5 +35 offset and lower it, it'll look sexy

they will look like wheels.. they will look tiny because of the mesh style, and they are very cheap (not in a good way). not my cup of tea.

but, it's your money, so do as you wish.

The wheels look ok, but the quality of those wheels is questionable IMO.

my .02

i agree go with anything 18" and up.... i tried 18" and they are almost too small and that "anal" gap everyone is telling u will seem big (again of course if u drop... its less). 19"s - 20"s? would be a sexy range.... yes comfort is somewhat sacrificed... so decide wut u want and do what U want to UR car... enjoy... send pics!

if you get the right size tires, the wheel to fender gap remains the same.

only lowering gets rid of it, buying the wrong size tires is stupid.

go 19s. they are perfect on our cars. lower it and don't worry about bumps and such. with 245/40/19 tires ull still have enough meet and won't feel everything on the road. if ur worried about pricing then many rim places now help you get financing through a third party usually through a credit card.
