Post 2003 Toyota Camry - "Both" side brake lights are not working

2003 Toyota Camry -2.4 L / 4 cyl / 4-speed Automatic

"Both" side brake lights are not working. But middle brake light (rear windshield) comes on. Spoiler brake light working.

already Checked fuse, Brake Light Switch, Transmission Shifts OK

Related Repair History

Just got transmission fluid replaced


Other Test Results


Checked for Supply voltage at Bulb Connector - no voltage, checked ground circuit -OK

Yes, I checked the bulbs. No supply voltage at bulb connector.

When Headlights Are Off Only The Spoiler Brake Light Comes On.

also check the wiring harness to the trunk... that's a common place for that to break after repeated opening and closing over the years.
