2003 Toyota Camry - "Both" side brake lights are not working

2003 Toyota Camry -2.4 L / 4 cyl / 4-speed Automatic

"Both" side brake lights are not working. But middle brake light (rear windshield) comes on. Spoiler brake light working.

already Checked fuse, Brake Light Switch, Transmission Shifts OK

Yes, I checked the bulbs. No supply voltage at bulb connector.

I Have A 2002 Camry And My Brake Lights Only Work When My Headlights Are On.
When Headlights Are Off Only The Spoiler Brake Light Comes On.

check the brake relay fuse

also check the wiring harness to the trunk... that's a common place for that to break after repeated opening and closing over the years.
