Just incase anyone was curious...
Here's how to swap out your stereo for a Nav unit
I'll be doing the transition this week, and most likely have the dealer do it just to be safe. Doesnt look like a difficult job at all though, so the cost shouldnt be very expensive either...

got it working. the filename i think made me think these were different. i'm looking around for some quality instructions as my friend wants to get the oem navi and my dad would be one putting it in for him.

These instructions are very detailed... Should work for the job...
Just got mine today, will hopefully be getting it installed tomorrow.

How much did you pay for the unit?
How much did you pay for installation??

$1,200 for the unit
$100 for the install
though you could probably install it yourself.... it doesnt seem that difficult

Hi, I just installed the Navigation system and there is NO voice during my route. The woman's voice ONLY speaks when I start the guidance and when I reach my destination, it does not say when or where to turn, what's wrong?

check the vss wire or speed wire or just read directions real carefully
