I just had new H&R springs installed and it looks like the rear end is lower than the front end. Ist this normal? I though only eibachs had rear end sagging? And the mechanic told me he had to cut a bit off the end of the springs and remove the rear seat?

WTF? If the springs were the correct model for your vehicle, the mechanic should not have even THOUGHT about cutting the springs... but yes you do need to remove the rear seat to get to the mounting bolts for the rear struts. you are sagging in the rear because the mechanic cut the springs! I think its time you get another mechanic that knows what he's doing... you shouldn't have to modify a part to make it fit if its the correct part.

What stupid mechanic cuts brand new lowering springs????
That's not the first Gen6 on H&Rs.
One who wants the customer's money, and wants the job easier for himself.
Seriously tho cutting the spring is really going to mess with the spring's performance and the way its suppose to function. So you should try to get reimbursed by him.

he should of never cut. my dad installed trd springs without having to cut anything. should be same for the h&rs. go and bitch to the mechanic until he gets you new springs and then go somewhere else for installation.
