Thumbs up So my mpg improve :D

Well i know most specs say that a Gen 5 Camry with the I4 engine is supposed to get somewhere around 21-23 mpg. Well i costume built my own intake to see by how much mine would improve. Before the intake I was getting 21.7 low 22s and my driving habits are good but sometimes bad etc. However, now with the Short Ram Intake for the last couple of weeks my mpg went up to 23.7. and I've been driving like a madman because I really love the sound of the intake. lol

So now im gona try to take this next tank easy to see really how much it improve by. Im just happy and I know its pointless but i just felt like sharing. Lol
And im excite, my rims come in tomorrow. I will post pics as soon as I install them. thanks to anyone who reads.

I used the pipes Spectre Performance provides along with their air filter. They are 3in pipes assmbled together and a good air filter. It was pretty simple to make and it sounds pretty good. The only issue I ran into was regulating the MAF Sensor and fitting it. I will get pictures tomorrow and post them with the rims

Its not really a kit. Bought everything seperate and had to weld a hole for the vacum and assemble the rest together. Had to exchange pipes and buy different pieces. It was a bit fun. lol and worth it.

I'm more into doing things myself then just buying them. So i'd be very interested in a DIY/write up.
