Xenon HID lights - these any good?

Would these be any good for a straight 'plug and play' to replace the stock bulbs? I'm not looking for a true HID conversion kit - just some new bulbs and was curious to know what you guys thought of these ones on Ebay:

Price seems decent at $19USD shipped to Canada.

U will actually put out LESS light with those.

Either get a HID kit from MTEC or XenonDepot or do a retrofit or get some MTEC bulbs. I don't trust $9 bulbs.

so be careful of straight replacement.

skip all and pay to get a retrofit or just do a hid kit and cover the spotters. do it right or don't do it at all.

Limited budget or limited talent and just want white HID style light, get 4,750K MTEC bulbs and change in 5 minutes tops....

That's why you spend a bit more $ and get a relay harness.
