All Purpose Rims for 07 Camry LE

I have an 07 Camry LE and would like to get some RIMS that I can use all year round. particularly looking for 19" and want to use thick tires so I don't have to worry about getting my rims cracked for every time I hit a pot hole. Would love to hear some recommendations.

since you want all year, i'd go at the very most 18" ....but the harsh winters will wreck them....i'd seriously consider just changing them in the fall for your stock rims over winter and putting the new rims back on in the spring.

Durable, pot holes friendly = Steelies (the beautiful stock rims with hubcaps)

Styling and real beauty = Actual Alloy Rims and such.

Thanks to the 235/45 for comfort, and the WheelMaster for his advice.

Since I live in NYC (Pot Hole City), I guess it's best I switch back to factory during winter time. If I get 18" or 19" RIMS, what's the thickness of the tires I will need. I'm not familiar with tire size. Which websites are good to look at to get ideas for RIMS. What about TOyota Racing RIms?

since ur in NY, if u don't mind traveling down the GWB then go to action tire in NJ on route 46. they'll hook you up with a good price and some nice rims. They will put first ask what you are looking for and will find a few that match what you like and then will put it against your car. for rims that are 8.5 down to 8.0 wide on 19s use 245/40/19 and on 18s u can do 235/45/18 or 245/45/18. if u want toyota rims then get the TRD 18s. they are like 1400 or so for rims and tires. i got my 19s for 1800 installed with taxes. its like 1500 something without tax. this price includes rims, tires, mounting, balancing, hub centric rings, and wheel locks.

i don't make a penny off this. thats just where i got my rims and compared to deals online it was a real good price so thats why i'm refering him there. plus they are real good in helping you find the perfect rims for you. i know you can go cheaper by buying used or online but then you have to factor in mounting and balancing if its not already done, sensor transfer, hub centric rings, and wheel locks. all can add up. plus they will let you finance any sum if u don't have quite enough or they will give you a break to bring the cash later. as long as you have most of the money to give them already. plus they will give him the rare combo of 245/40/19 for that price. we both know those tires arent too cheap. believe discount tire and tire rack both wanted about 200 a tire. tax is the killer really.
