Hello,

I am looking to replace my factory lights with some HID's. Now looking around it shows that there is two different type of lights for the H4. There is a H4 (9003) or H4-H/L (9003-H/L). Please let me know if this is the correct light I should purcahse and whats the big difference between the two is.

Also, do I need to get a Relay Harness?

The best is to get the kit. The cheap HID bulb alone I think it was said it heat up too much and could melt the light's enclosure.

I believe "H/L" means High and Low beam. But the Camry have a completely different bulb for highbeam so u don't need the one with H/L.

Do a search and U'll be able to find a lot of good resource and guides on here.

2007-2009 Camry headlights at H11 low beam and 9005 high beam, i'm not sure where you got your info from, but they definately are not 9003.

i recommend ddmtuning.com for HID kits and i also recommend a relay harness. other site popular around here are mobilehid, and modexpress.

i have H11 5000k 35watt HID's from ddmtuning and am very happy with my light output. before you go installing HID's though, make sure you do a search here on how to cover your "squirrel spotters" so you don't blind other drivers.

agree with punks. the stickys even point you the right direction. some days i wish people wouldn't reply to these posts so we could force the OP to search.

OK I understand I am new at this but I have a 2009 Camry SE and would like lights. Any help or pointing me in the right direction would help. I tried searching the website and did not get what I was looking for. Thanks. in advance for the help.

Well as said above, the bulbs are H11 for your projectors and get an HID kit. Many sites out there.

There's a DIY (do it yourself) thread stickied, you'll find out most if not all you need to know about your Camry and how to get things done.

I do apologize if i or the above members come off as harsh, but we do get a ton of threads like this, from new members who are either lazy, or just want to be spoon fed (and i'm not by any means saying you're one of these people).
