People tell me I sound distant, staticky and warbled. Are there setting changes I can make if I get into the service menu?

do the search, there is an instruction somewhere on here that allow u to go into the bluetooth settings.

Okay, I've been able to get into the service settings. With foot off, double clicking the power button, then, while holding info, switching the lights from off to on several times until service menu comes up. It allows me change voice out setting up to 5, which I did. Does anyone know what the voice quality settings up to 99 do?
