scamry got coilovers. ( few pics) but no alignment yet.

So I bought kasimmm's d2 coilovers, and had them installed today. NTB told me they could align the low car no problem, said they had boards to use to get me to the rack and had done other low cars...I get there and they say ughhh, I don't think its gonna work, and wouldn't even get boards to try!!

So I go back to my installers, and raise the car up about 3/4 inch, and they recommend me to another shop with a flat alignment rack. but they aren't open til Monday, so no driving til then.

this was the original ride height, and probably what i will go back to once I know everything can be aligned and rides properly.

This is the current height, a little bit lamer, but it will do for now while the car sits for a day.

Got that purp!!

thanks guys.

the rears need to go about 1/4-12 inch lower, and the fronts 3/4 inch. however, i'm gonna get accustomed to driving it this way before dropping it more.

we will see how long my shiny TRD exhaust stays nice looking.

i meant scraping. it looks like it will be prone to that now. haha surprisingly the ride is great so far..stiffer than stock, but i like it better than my eibach springs on blown stock struts.. brakes are squeeking now, but i suppose that's normal since the whole suspension was taken apart. i drove it a bit today, and boy do i like it, turning scares me though, not used to being low.
