Question Alignment Question

I just got my rims and tires installed. The lady recommended an alignment. However, im getting lowering springs for my car and I was reading that you need an alignment after you install lowering springs. The lady told me to do the alignment soon, recommended before 100 miles, however im not doing the springs until like 2-3 weeks from now. And Im def gonna drive over 100 miles. Should i just get the alignment done to not damage the wheels, or should i wait. Or should i get it done twice. lol. Some feedback would be appriciated.

^ agreed. changing the rims and tires do not change the suspension geometry (at least not significantly)... so if your alignment was correct beforehand, you should be fine until you install the lowering springs.

i can understand the reasoning behind doing the alignment right away though... you run the risk of ruining your new tires if the alignment is off.
