Are Service Centers Networked?

I've been having ac issues in my toyota and I took it to dealer A to have it checked out. Dealer A did a 30 minute Vacume test and detected no leak so they refilled the freon under warranty and sent me on my way, 2 days later no AC again. So I decided to have it checked out by dealer B. They check it out and they say that my aftermarket HID module ruined a line (its scuffed but no piercing). Now if I go back to dealer A when they look up my vin number are the notes from dealer B going to show up?

I don't think they are networked, cause I went to 2 different dealers, Dealer A for 1st oil change, and Dealer B for the second. It turns out that Dealer B didn't have my car's and my info, and I had to register again.

I have the V6 and slim ballast. I used 3M tape to stick the passenger side one to the top of the windshield wiper fluid container (or whatever that white tank is right behind the headlight housing)
