Replaced Cabin air Filter, now there is a whistling noise near glove box

I just changed my cabin air filter today in my 2002 Camry. The first time I drove the car after replacing the filter, I put the AC on full blast just to get air moving through the new filter. There were no issues at this point. The 2nd time I drove the car, I hear a distinct whistling noise near the glove box/cabin air filter when the air is on. The whistling increases with the A/C up and down in intensity. I took the Cab air filter out again and tried to re-seat it to make sure it was sitting properly and everything seemed to be ok. The whistling sound continues.

any thoughts??

Thank you.
DH

Yes, it is pushed in fully to where I could feel it 'snap' into place.
