is there a DIY 2010 Camry I4 - oil change?

i've done a quick search already, but no luck...
i'm lookin' to do the first oil change for my father's 2010 camry I4

all i know is that:
14mm socket needed to drain oil
0w20 needs to be used
filter is not the spin on, it's cartridge....located front passenger side

anyhow, is there a DIY guide/walkthru for the 2010 Camry I4 b4 i go under the car?

-where is the oilpan?
-confirm location on oil filter cartridge
-any pictures?

thx in advance!

serious? an oil change is pretty similar on most cars.

Why not take a look for your self before posting ...
your not going to miss the drain plug. And if you find the drain plug you'll see the filter right by it ..

and the filter is NOT a cartridge for the i4

Check the sticky "Offical gen 5+6 DIY section!" and go to "Gen 6: Oil Change." It is the same for the Gen 6.5.

I would recommend just taking it to someone though. Dealing with that damn adapter/cartridge thing was a pain in the ass when I did it the last time.

Finding the drain plug on the oil pan is about like picking your nose. If you can't find the thing you have no business trying to mess with it. Actually, the oil filters are put on at the factory by an oversized gorilla and are hard as hell to get off, so it is better to let the dealer do the first change. Really though, the reason you aren't going to find a diy oil change video is because it is so easy and so universal across hundreds of makes of cars, that if you can't figure it out, you really need to turn in your license and take the bus.

If you forget to put the drain plug in or it's loose and the oil leaks out totally, then that's what the engine will turn into.
