we need more info. Are you saying the car wont start UNLESS you give it gas? Or if you just start it and put it into gear it jerks? Let the car sit for a few seconds before putting it into gear.

what i was saying was everything is fine. car runs great. only problem is when you are on stop sign or light and you push gas, start with jurk, not smooth like my others toyota's. may be they change starting torque.
or should i clean TB?

ah okay. when u said startup in the OP, startup usually means cranking your engine to turn on your car.... Thats why everyone was confused.
This is actually normal of the camrys. The gas pedal is really sensitive and has a lurchy start. Learn to modulate correctly.
