Well, had to avoid a drunk driver from hitting me by hopping up onto the curb...now I'm riding doughnut style...

Back to factory wheels I go for now until I can afford a new set.

yeah bro, i lifted the car today and did a visual on everything...everything looked normal and feels normal upon driving. the car doesn't even pull to one side. so HOPEFULLY, the rim and tire is the only replacement I will have to make.

exactly...better just one rim than actual damage to the vehicle or myself.

U know my old 1996 Camry had a full size spare wheel... I'm a bit disappointed to see the doughnut in the spare.

Glade ya ok, live to mod another day.

Honestly I think slam on the brake is better than turning.

That must have been a pretty skillful maneuver on your end. I mean...a destroyed wheel is far better. I expected bumper and fender damage in addition. Good driving!

MSR no longer offers the 085 model in magnetic grey....only chrome and black.

The only 2 remaining rims for sale like mine are in Puerto Rico. (i had discount tire do a search for me...)

Thanks to all for the comments. I've been pretty pissed off about it all day and coming on here helps cheer me up a little at least.
