Canada Wheel hanging too low?

How low should a wheel hang when the car is lifted up on a hoist?

My front passenger wheel looks like it's hanging lower than the driver's side by 4 inches. In fact it hangs so low that the lower control arm bends where it's supposed to and causes the wheel to look lopsided.

Is this an indication that the strut is bad?

Thanks

Why is your car on a lift? Is it getting serviced? Lack of information. My guess with your vague description would be ball-joint/s.

It's for my 2002 CRV with 130,000km. It was hoisted up getting an oil change.

Sorry for asking about another type of car rather than a Camry, but I think this question is a general one that could apply to a Camry.

I do have a 2007 Camry SE in any case.
