Topics of discussion range from fuel economy, safety, modifications, performance all involving America's favorite family car, the Toyota Camry.
and what I meant was... yes there is a screen, but there is glue that holds it onto the screen.. when you peel off the screen, the glue distorts everything and becomes useless... a watch screen is one thing and a radio screen is another. It's ALOT bigger than a watch screen, therefore flaws are more visible..
To those interested...
what you want is a Linear Polarizer... get it with or without adhesive
PF006 - Linear Polarizer by the foot $15.00
PF030 - Linear Polarizer by the foot fully laminated $35.00
PF043 - Sunglass polarizer, dark-gray or neutral $22.00
PFA - Polarizer with/without adhesive, LCD-quality $16.00
PFSC - Super-High-Contrast Polarizer with/without adhesive $22.00
PFSC _ AG/HC - Polarizer with antiglare, hardcoat and adhesive $24.00
To get the blue effect, I used PFSC_AG/HC with on the front and PFA without adhesive in the back.
The screen is comprised of two pieces of glass sandwiched together with liquid crystal in the middle the both sides of the screen are then covered with a sheet of polarizing film on both sides. I replaced both sides to get the effect.
The "blue" is the light. He change the LED light, put in the blue LED.
The Polarizer only make the LCD screen Black background while the text are 'white'.
Please stop posting false facts about my mod...
I did not change the light. Just changed both the polarizing films. By changing the orientations of the film you can get a blue, purple or black screen effect. The backlighting is still white, hence the white lettering.

From what you said in your first post:
2) Stock Radio
- Blue LEDs (already had it done)
- Black-faced screen

Sorry to offend you. All comments removed.
Would've made more sense for you to put an 'I think' in the front. Blue LEDs mean the face plate... never said I changed the backing of the screen
