Any shop should be able to do it. Although i went to Planet hi-fi and asked them to do it. The owner told me that the bumper i had on my car was the wrong one. so go figure.
You can always try a DIY and learn something, plus it's nice when you do things with your own hands. There is a DIY thread but i can't search for you right now cuz im at work. Try searching, i think it was for a Gen 5, but same thing.
I agree also to do it yourself.
I would love to do that but I just cant find a good tutorial to make this move. Especialy with all the wireing and switch that needs to be in the dash.
I installed the fogs myself, but went to get it wired at a car shop.
You should at least put the fogs in yourself to check if it all fits good because my fog light covers didnt fit right and i had to get new ones. Also it will be cheaper to just get them wired.
well if you want to diy but want someones help then meet up with either me or redline. we'll help you do it instead of paying someone else. you can bring it by my dads but his boss might have a nice price for you. you can also bring it by my dad's friend/former coworker who just opened up a new shop. he would do it for a very good price. pm me and we can talk.
Depending where and who you buy it from, it might come with instructions as well. I remember a friend bought fogs from his LE but the instructions was kind of hard to understand. But if you know the basics of wiring, i dont think it would be that hard.
Mines didnt come with instructions. But as for wiring i dont know nothin exept how to conect the battery lol. Thats a lie I installed my LED underboddy kit and yesturday I installed my HID but that was all thanks to TN youtube or else I would of been lost. I know computers, servers and electronic equiptment ( 101110001100110 ) but when it comes to cars thats a no no. But hey Im learning.
yea same here midnight im more a computer guy and trying to learn about cars, i just bought fogs from peach and waiting for them to come in and try to figure it out how to install them as well
