Gen6 XM radio install and (TIS) network problems?

I bought the OEM XM radio tuner and fit kit and want to install it today.

I went to the TIS site and tried to get the drawings and install instructions. Every single time, it says "network problems, try again" I kept trying. Did it with firefox and IE8, same thing. tried using vista and xp pro, same thing.

TIS Tech support is closed till monday. I checked my account and they charged me $1 each time i tried to buy a subscription, however they did not give me access. I am willing to pay for the access, but for them to charge me and not give access seems unfair.

Anyone else have this issue? Did they refund it? Anywhere else i can get the installation instructions? Do you think the dealer will print this out for me if he can access the site? would anyone here want to email me the PDF?

Thanks in advance
John

njerald- yes i already read the manual, both the owners manual and the service manual, no manual came with the tuner or kit. there is nothing in either manual about installing factory XM. And yes I already searched the site for about 15 different variations of TIS, Toyota Technical Information System network issue problem, etc with no luck. so either post something productive here, or keep your comments to yourself.

Don't bother sending them to me njerald, I dont want you to actually be helpful. Just because you have a higher post count doesn't mean you have to be a douche nozzle to us lower count people here here. I have been a member here years longer than you have, and just because I lurk and don't fluff my post count with meaningless threads saying "read the manual", doesn't mean I can't be just as helpful.

Following njerald's advice, I quit bothering with TN and searched elsewhere. Since he doesn't want to be very helpful, here is the link to the install instructions for XM in a 2007+ camry or hybrid for anyone that is interested.
