Shift lever light

I have a 2002 Camry. The light in the shift lever box in the central console doesn't work. All other lights in the front panel and inside working normally.

I can't figure out which is the fuse for this light to check it. If the fuse is OK, then how do I replace the bulb. Which way I can access that bulb?

Would someone help me with some pictures how to replace that bulb?

Thank you. I don't know the generation but it is 2002 Camry.

Yeah, then I have to replace the bulb.

Even if I take all the screws in the console, there may be some snap in hooks that is not easy to see. Without understanding which way I have to pull it out, I may break something.

2002 is gen 5. i'm fairly certain you won't have to worry about any screws... most of the console pieces are push in/pull out type clips. in fact, here is the service manual section dealing with this:

once you get access to bottom of the shifter, you should see a wire going up into it. trace the wire until you see the bulb socket... untwist it and you can replace the bulb. its very tight in there, so you may need pliers to help you untwist it. just a warning though, that bulb is likely stuck in the socket pretty good. I had to use pliers to crush it to remove it.

The tool is not really needed. Just use your fingers and pull with strength

Thank you all for the help. I made it. I bought the bulb from Advance Auto Parts. It costs $3.49 for two in a pack. The size is #74 in case somebody else need it.
